Unwanted / Change-of-Mind Returns
Notify us within 14 days of receiving the item to request a return.
Once approved, items must be returned to us within 30 days.
All returns require a Return Authorisation (RA) number before sending anything back.
Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described:

We will arrange a replacement, refund, or warranty assessment depending on the issue.
Warranty claims follow the manufacturers terms, and some inspections may take additional time.
Clearly mark the parcel as RETURNED GOODS.
