Faults and Returns
Should there be a fault with a
disc (very rare), any faulty items MUST be reported to us via eBay messages
followed by a video or photos to show the fault within 7 Business Days.
We may reach out to you via ebay
message, email or mobile to assist further.
In regards to faulty items you
must provide a video of the fault and to arrange to package the item safely and
send the item back within 7 days of opening a return request - failure to do so
will allow us to charge 50% refund.
What happens after item is
returned after customer advises its faulty.
If we get the item back and
find it not to be faulty customer will get a refund of 50 Percent ONLY.
(Buyers please be aware of the
above information as these are our terms and conditions in regards returns and
costs.)

Before leaving any negative
feedback, reach out to us first to see if we can assist.
We are not a retail business,
but just a retired couple selling off our precious collections in order to keep
our heads above water in the current harsh economic climate. We are located in Wollongong, NSW.
Can I pick up my order?
No problems,
contact us for location and times.
Postage Issues
If an item is
posted and is returned due to not being able to be delivered, or wrong delivery,
or not collecting item, the customer will have to pay all postage costs again,
if the item is still wanted.
If the buyer does
not want the item anymore cost of postage to be taken out of refund .

Please choose your
item carefully as we do not accept returns for ‘change of mind’.
