I have not been able to find another example of this particular Ouija board despite extensive Google searches. It dates from the 1940s given the illustrations and that it was still printed directly on the board itself. But the size and shape, I have yet to see elsewhere.

From the History of the William Fuld Ouija Board:

This Mystifying Oracle highlights yet another variation that stuck. It was still printed directly on the plywood which dates 1940s and earlier. The drawings in the lower left and right hand corners on the board feature people actually playing the board rather than the stars that were once in that place. Fuld Family stories tells us that these drawings are the work of William Andrew. The boards came in both plywood and veneer versions. This design (No. 114,534) was patented by William. A sun and crescent moon were new additions. This would have been the last of the Ouija boards printed directly on wood.

From William Fuld, but is printed on an oversized plywood with angled corners. The ply on the reverse side is a little flaking. Measures 22" x 15".
