Payment must be received within 3 business days after order is confirmed or an unpaid item reminder will automatically be filed
E-checks will be held until cleared.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We do not include insurance unless you request it. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please contact us before submitting your payment and we will add the cost to your invoice. Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority, Parcel Post or FEDEX Ground depending on the item size and your location. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery. We ship Monday through Friday only. Additional postage may be required for any shipping outside of the lower 48 states, including APO, HI, AK and other U.S. territories and international orders.
Canadian / International buyers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.
RETURN POLICY
If you would like to return your item, the following conditions apply:
Contact us first to request a return transaction
Item must be in the same condition as received - new, unused and unwashed
Return must be made within 14 days of delivery
Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
A refund will be issued back to your Paypal account upon receipt of the returned item and after we have checked it to make sure it is still in the same condition
Refund will be made within 5 days of getting the item back.
