We are happy to issue a refund if contacted within 7 days of receipt of item and the item has never been worn, washed or tags removed. If we smell perfume, smoke, see pet hair/see any visible blemishes, or can tell the item has been worn, we will not refund your item and we will no longer accept returns from you. We know that won't happen though!  Please note shipping charges are not refunded and the returned shipping cost including tracking is the responsibility of the buyer. Please provide tracking information with your returned item otherwise there is no proof of return delivery.
