Terms of Sale

Returns are accepted only if an item has been clearly misrepresented in the auction title, description, or photos. Returns will not be granted for buyer’s remorse, condition expectations, or a change of mind. Please review the listing and images carefully before purchasing. If a legitimate issue arises, I am always willing to address it in a fair and reasonable manner and ask that buyers approach any concerns with the same level of fairness.

Buyer cancellation requests will not be accepted. By placing a bid or using the Buy It Now option, you are entering into a binding agreement to complete the purchase. Please bid or purchase responsibly and only if you fully intend to follow through with the transaction.

Raw cards offered for sale are generally expected to fall in the Near-Mint range (approximately PSA/BGS 7 or better). Raw cards should not be assumed to be Gem Mint. If you are purchasing raw cards with the expectation that they will receive a Gem Mint grade from grading services such as PSA, BGS, SGC, or CSG, you may want to consider graded examples instead. Please review photos carefully and make your own assessment of condition before purchasing.

Please don’t message me asking “What’s your lowest?”, “What’s your best?”, or similar questions. All of my cards are listed with a Buy It Now / Best Offer price, which means you’re welcome to send an offer if you’d like to negotiate. But asking me to name my lowest price isn’t helpful and I won’t respond to those messages. If you’re interested, send a reasonable offer through the listing and I’ll gladly consider it. Thanks!
