Carddass Cardzillion Vending Machine Bandai I believe this is from 1992. I'll add more description and photos soon I just wanted to get this out in the universe.

I've never seen another English version that accepts quarters and pokemon sized cards. All original works great. What I know is that this was on the counter at Toys R Us in the mid 90s as you checked out and they had Power Rangers or DBZ or Sailor Moon stickers in them.

As far as I know this is the one of only a few left in existence. I got it from a guy who's dad was a maintenance guy for a company that either remodeled or repaired toys r us stores in the southern California area.
