It contains :
Wild Greek Mountain Oregano, Wild Greek Thyme, Sesame Seeds, Coliander, Sumac.
Za’atar Spice is a blend of savory dried herbs like oregano, thyme, and earthy spices like coriander, with sesame seeds and the most important ingredient of all… sumac!
Sumac gives it the delicious unexpected tanginess that, is the key to the best Zaatar.
On our blend we haven’t put any salt, so that it can be added at will.
Indicatively, in 100 grams of our za’atar mix, 20-30 grams of kosher salt can be added.
Our za’atar Blend can be sprinkle it over hummus, labneh, roasted vegetables, eggs, salads, meats, fish or over fresh pita bread drizzled with Extra Virgin Olive oil (preferably Greek) before going in the oven to toast.

Instructions:
