This is a rare sized Goku 2 figure, 12", so for the collector, it's a find. I'm not sure of the brand, as it's only in Chinese on the bottom. While he's in great shape, he can't stand on his own, but he has a hole in his foot, as seen in the last photo, so he's made to be propped up on a stand.
