As soon as you place your order, eBay will email you to let you know it's been received and as soon as we've shipped your order, we'll let you know by email that it has been despatched and the tracking number if applicable.

Some of our large items sell at different freight costs. Please email us through the listing with your Post code and Suburb Name to inquire the postage. Also, Large items are not able to post to PO BOX address due to weight & size.

Items are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is cleared however please allow approximately 2-10 business days for it to arrive. Buyers will be able to trace the delivery online with a tracking number.

Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address and mobile phone number on the ebays checkout page before payment.
Any changes to address after checkout will not be considered as valid.

SEDY Superbargain Warehouse is not liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by buyers. 

        

Collection available from our VIC warehouses at Lynbrook. Mon-Sun 9am-5pm (excl. public holidays). Payment must be made prior to arrival. Almost all items are available for same day pickup.

PICKUP PROCESS

Proceed through eBay checkout and click 'Pay now' (but do not finalise payment). This will forward all your details.

Then contact us via Ebay Message to nominate your preferred warehouse and arrange payment (incl. $8 handling fee).

Note: Warehouse hours are Mon-Sun 9am-5pm (excl. public holidays).

        

We only accept PayPal on eBay, this means you can rest assured your order will be with you ASAP after your purchase. For your security we only despatch your order to the address you provide us via PayPal.

If you change your mind, or the purchase is not suitable, you may notify us to cancel the contract within 30 days after the day of receipt of item(s) and you have a duty to take reasonable care of the item(s) until we receive the item(s) back. Return posting costs will be at your expense.
