PC will recognize a USB device has been connected, but never recognizes the headset itself, whether Jabra software is installed or not. Headset will not play audio from PC through USB. However, when connected to USB headset will pair with bluetooth and play/record audio to bluetooth devices without issues. I'm not sure the nature of this issue. Will be packaged and shipped carefully same or next day by an experienced seller.
