SINTOMS Ltd. mastered the production of the so-called ringing stainless steel frets with new extraordinary properties.

This is a new offering of Sintoms' popular ringing stainless steel. They say this new hardened ringing stainless steel is an eternal (last forever) fretwire but is still workable by standard fretting tools. Hardened ringing stainless steel has a hardness of 42-45 HRC compared to 23-25 HRC of regular stainless steel fretwire.

In addition to basic distinctive qualities such as increased durability, the frets made of new stainless steel have improved sound qualities. They give musical instruments a smooth and natural sound and increase the sustain of an instrument.

Shipping

Orders placed before 2 pm Monday-Friday(US EST). No shipping on weekends and holidays. Custom products can take up to 2 days to ship.
International Shipping

Our economy international service or USPS First Class Service is provided by APC Postal Logistics and includes full tracking. The economy international shipping service(APC Postal Logistics) usually arrives within 2-4 weeks with most being delivered by your local post office. Every now and then an order can take a little longer to arrive. Most shipping delays are related to the receiving country's customs processing or problems with shipping addresses. Please make sure to include a valid phone number with your order in case they need to contact you.

All international shipments include carrier insurance with a minimum of $100 of insurance. A claim for a lost package cannot be opened until at least 6 weeks have passed.

Returns

Returns are accepted as long as the item is returned in brand new condition and in its original(undamaged) package. Please take care of the item if there is any possibility of a return.
