Looks to be in new or like new condition I don't know how to tell if it has a SIMs card with it but looking at the information on sheet that's with it it does show a T-Mobile SIMs card with serial numbers and other information I don't know where to look to see if it's included or not but I'm sure whoever wants a phone like this would have their own plan anyway one small note the black hard case has one broken closure tab on it but the tab is present in case it could be repaired

This phone is completely untested I would not even know how to begin to test it but it does look to be complete after referring to the instructional sheet
