This bag is brand new and has never been used.  The first time it was taken out of the package was to take pictures for the listing.  It has one main zippered pouch and a small zippered pouch in the back.  On the inside there are 3 mesh pouches, 2 on one side and one on the opposite side.  It is 5" x 8" x 2" in size.  The waist strap is adjustable.  I do not know the manufacturer.  It is NOT a Lululemon brand.  I got it at a local store on a discount table.
