I’ve never seen one with porcelain enamel inside. It must have been expensive in its day. It’s in used very old condition. The inside has a lot of wear, stains and cracks. The cast iron has wear, rust and scuffs. So it’s old and looks old. But I think it looks amazing. Please see photos for condition. Thanks and have a blessed day
