This bottle cooler is made of silver-plated brass by Two's Company.  The lower front of the chiller shows Millenium 2000 embossed into the metal.  The chiller unscrews into three separate pieces - main bottle part unscrews into 2 pieces, to allow interior access for your champagne bottle.  The cap comes off, so you can pour your champagne directly from the chiller.  

This champagne bottle chiller has some tarnished areas from age - could use a good polishing to really make it stand out.   Dimensions are 15 3/4" tall by4" in diameter at its widest point.  Very sturdy fabrication, the bottle cooler weighs over 3 lbs by itself.
