measures 3 3/4 inches tall   fitter is 2 1/4 inches across outside edges

inside of fitter edge is rough.  not sure if that was manufacturing or use.  inside edge has tiny little vertical lines in the glass.  I think it was manufactured this way due to spacing of them...maybe done to refract more light?
