All full price purchases will be shipped in a Bubble Envelope, Top loader and Penny Sleeve. 

When considering Best Offers, I do consider the shipping method as part of that offer. I may choose to send it in an envelope rather than a bubble mailer for items under $20.00.   

I will ship internationally at a higher shipping rate, so please note this before bidding.
