I believe this to the the 1st printing of the book How to Start Relapse Prevention Support Groups. It is a transcript of a conference sponsored by Father Martin's Ashley in Baltimore in October of 1988.  This is why the cover is different than the others you may see. It was Father Martin who got Mae Ashley sober when he let her know alcoholism was a disease. She then was without the shame of being an alcoholic in the past since she knew it was a disease and not her fault. Eventually, the Ashley Treatment Center got formed and is still around. 

And although this is the first printing, the back inside cover has an unused library card holder. I find it hard to believe this ever got used as a library book, especially without any other markings. So I'm not calling it one.
