This used rag can has been used, a lot.  But it has many years left of use.  There is some surface rust and a dent in the front.  It is foot activated and is all metal and American made.  I went online and the ones I saw that they are selling today are made of plastic.  This is a 14 gallon container.  This can is no longer made.
