Returns are accepted within 30 days and must be in original condition for a full refund so please pack with care.  Buyer pays for return shipping.  Please contact us before returning an item.  If damage occurs during shipping we must be notified within 3 business days.

International buyers - We use eBay's global shipping program so it may take a little longer to reach you.  During checkout you will see the additional shipping charges and import charges including customs duties, taxes, etc which the buyer is responsible for.  We have no control over these charges and cannot change the amount paid for any items.  Returns are only accepted in countries where it is mandated by law and for the shortest time period (example: EU member states 14 day cooling off period).  Please contact us before returning an item.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping and must mark the customs forms "item return" and include the original shipping label.  The item must be in original condition for a full refund so please pack with care and we recommend you provide us with a tracking number.  Any import charges including customs duties, taxes, etc. and shipping costs cannot be refunded.  There will be a 20% restocking fee for international returns.  If an item is damaged during shipment please notify us and we will help in any way we can.
