The item(s) will be shipped within one wroking day of placing the order. We only post to an approved address that is given in the order details. Please make sure that the delivery address is correct. Any non-received items caused by invalid address are not in our full refund or replacement policy.

 Payment
The item(s) will be posted once the payment has cleared. A non-payment dispute will be opened if the full payment is not received after 14 days of the purchase being made.

 Returns Policy & Refunds
If you are unhappy with the product for whatever reason, please contact us to arrange a return and refund. Refunds are only available within 14 days of receiving the goods providing that the items are in the received condition with all the correct packaging. We will not replace or refund items that have worn-out through use.
