German Township , in the County of Philadelphia and Province of Pennsylvania.

A deed between Gerhard Rittinghausen (Gerhard Rittenhouse) and George Thorr.

The document measures approx: 22.25" x 14"

Signed by several individuals and with red wax seals.

Some discoloration, creases from being folded, else in very good condition.
