I bought this loose, with paired red chrome guns and lenticular motion collector card, but no instructions or combiner appendages, and I don't know if the KO came with them.
No serious paint defects, just a few tiny chips here and there. Doors say POLICE in a blue stripe, then FEDERAL POLICE in smaller letters below. And yes, on the left door, the blue stripe has POLICE upside-down, amusingly enough. The shields that end up on his legs also just say POLICE, despite the red making it look like it should be for the fire department.
CAUTION: The light bar was attached by pegs so tiny that they broke off the first time I ever took him out of the bag he was shipped in. I glued it back on as best I could, but that bit must be handled with extreme care. I will package the toy accordingly. Note that while there's still a weapon peg-hole on the roof, it's too big for the included guns, and the light bar would interfere with anything mounted right behind it, so I'd advise not messing with it.
I've never handled the original Fan's Project toy, but I worry that any attempt to use this as a gestalt limb would break the light bar, or worse, solid though it is in general. Use care in doing any custom work; this guy works better as a stand-alone novelty.
Also comes with awesome transforming lenticular motion card! Back of card is blank, with a little orange tape residue, still sticky. It will be shipped in its own sleeve to protect the toy, though there's already some residue on a small part of one of the chrome guns.
Only English text on card says "LEVERL 4".
