SHIPPING & HANDLING
- This item will be dispatched via Australia Post or an alternative courier.
- Although Australia Post listed as the shipping carrier on our eBay listings, we reserve the right to use an alternative courier if delivery is faster and the shipping cost is no greater then the amount paid.
- Local pick-up is available. All items listed in our eBay store can be collected from our warehouse. Please contact us to arrange the pick-up time and the warehouse address.
- Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided so you can track your delivery online.
- Unless requested otherwise, all deliveries are Authority to Leave (ATL) if the address is unattended.
- Any parcel returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the buyer will be re-shipped at the buyer's expense.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
- Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date the item is delivered.
- The buyer is responsible for all return freight costs.
- Refunds will not include the original shipping/freight cost.
- Items must be returned in original, re-saleable condition, including all original packaging.
- The item must NOT have been fitted, installed, modified, disassembled, used or damaged in any way and must be returned in the same condition as supplied.
- Returned items must be securely packed to ensure they are received back in original, re-saleable condition.
- If you receive an item that is different from what was purchased, please contact us immediately, we will arrange the return of the incorrect item and cover the return shipping/freight as well as re-ship the correct item at no additional cost.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
- All items are carefully packed prior to dispatch.
- If your item arrives damaged during transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please provide clear photos of the damage, including the damaged item, internal packaging, external packaging.
- Claims cannot be processed without photographic evidence.
- We reserve the right to repair, replace or refund the item in accordance with the carrier's claim process.
- Damage reported after 48 hours or without sufficient evidence may not be accepted.
