With your arms by your side, take a snug measurement under your arms around the fullest part of your chest without clothing. measurement should be taken all the way around your torso. The measuring tape should not compress your chest tissue but should touch your body.
• Do not choose a smaller size on purpose. A binder that is too small can be difficult for you to put on and can even be harmful to your health. If you measure in-between sizes choose the larger size.
Binders are meant to be tight but not constrictive. You should be able to breathe and move easily without the fabric cutting into your skin. If you experience pain or have difficulty breathing, take off the binder as soon as possible.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To take the very best care of your binder hand wash and lay it flat to dry. But… throwing it in a machine isn’t going to destroy it. It may stretch it out a little though so keep that in mind. If you do use a machine, COLD wash only and put it in a delicates wash bag to minimize stretch!
