Here is an unusual set of five octagonal side plates, dating from the mid 19thC, embellished with red flowers and blue leaves, with gold highlights.
Highly decorative, these pieces are apparently unmarked but form an unusual and potentially very rare set of English pottery from the Victorian era.
Mostly in good condition, there is some light rubbing, commensurate with the age of these plates, two of the plates have chips but this doesn't detract from the overall appearance.

Offered at a low price, these beautiful plates will make a fine addition to any collection of antique English ceramics.

Largest plate measure approx. 16.5cm across.
Other plates vary slightly in size, and measure approx. 13cm to 13.5cm across.
