Natural sources of fibre include fruit, wholegrains, brown rice, pulses and nuts. This formulation incorporates organic linseed and psyllium husk, both of which help to maintain normal bowel function. Psyllium husk also contributes to intestinal function and helps to control blood levels of cholesterol.
As a food supplement take one to three capsules daily with water. Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
