The EU charges VAT on the stamps and on the postage. On top of this sometimes local customs charge VAT again despite the package clearly marked as VAT paid, sometimes the package is returned to me. Now each EU country is implementing a packaging act for which compliance for small sellers is a complete waste of time. I WILL NOT SELL TO ANY EU COUNTRY.
