Got to be honest, I have no idea if this toy counts as a knock-off, or a TF wannabe.  He sort of reminds me of Armada Wheeljack, but looks just as much like a simplified Alternators/Binaltech toy.  

Toy is sealed, looking like it just came off the peg. Comes with a small arsenal of gun, sword, and spear (glaive?). 

Has several small defects in the red paint on the chest.
