-Open old top cap

-Unscrew top mount bolt

-Unscrew bottom mount bolt

-Fish out the old cap

-Insert the new cap (lower part only)

-Carefully Fish it up to the top and push insert in place

-Screw bolts back on

-Snap top cap on

-Done
