    Product Description

    1. Start the motorized spindle before the operation, and run it for 5-10 minutes, to carry out the running-in and preheating.

    2. Manually switch the knife for 3–4 times, turn the knife handle by hand to drive the spindle to rotate normally, and then start to operate.

    3. It must be switched when the spindle stops completely during the use, to prevent the cylinder shaft and the tie rod from being squeezed due to the friction. 4. The solenoid valve shall be kept clean, the exhaust shall be smooth, to prevent that the compressed air is accumulated in the cylinder, the piston cannot return to its original position, and the cylinder shaft and the pull rod are squeezed due to the friction after the tool-changing spindle holds the tool.

    5. The air pump and oil-water separator shall discharge oil and water once a day, to keep the compressed air dry and clean.
