Brand new in box. Great, lightweight jack to carry with you anywhere. Has all the tools with it to change a flat (lug wrench with 2 double ended sockets 17mm/19mm, 21mm/23mm and drill driver socket or ratchet wrench to operate the jack). Easier to put this in the back of your car than to find your car jack and put it back, especially if your car is all packed for a trip with luggage and the car jack is underneath all the luggage. These are also great for trailers. I have one for each of my trailers. The last flat I had to change on the side of the road my hands got all greasy and nasty and I only had a napkin to try clean my hands with.  So now I keep a cheap pair of gloves in the jack bag just so I won't get my hands dirty.
