Our coasters measure 10cm x 10cm and include rubber stoppers at the bottom.

We are more than happy to create a custom design or engrave a design you already have however please message us about this prior to purchasing and not after purchasing to avoid any confusion.

Please ensure your personalisation details are correct before purchase. We cannot guarantee that we can change or alter them once your order is placed.

Please take care when peeling the protective film off of the front of your item. Please do not try to peel off the printed side as this will cause damage to your product.

If your requested text is too long or doesn’t fit within the style we will do our best to make it fit however it may be across more lines than you requested. We will try to cater to design needs in terms of emojis but please be aware this is not always possible

Every item is made to order and the design has to be changed in relation to your text requests.

We have multiple members of staff, who may produce this differently.

Due to how many orders we complete, we cannot guarantee that we will remember any previous layouts you have had or even any previous orders you have placed.
