For sale is a wonderful late 19th century to early turn of the 20th century black lacquered carved Black Forest inkwell.

The inkwell with a gorgeous antique black lacquer surface over a carved wood base of leaf and branch designs.

The inkwell inserts being of quality cut glass crystal with surrounding half circle patterns. Capped with carved wood draped leaf formed lids.

The piece in overall good condition for age. The normal age appropriate surface nicks scratches, wear and losses, but otherwise in very good condition for age.
