Brand new and factory sealed. The box does have some corner dents and minimal damage on the left side as shown in the pictures. There is also a bar code sticker on the side that does not belong there. Not a big deal for someone assembling and framing, but is for someone collecting the box. Please be aware of this before purchasing if this is an issue for you. I have another copy (open) to put together so I no longer need this one. Trying to eliminate my large collection, keep checking back!
