This is a hard to find vintage 1960's Souvenir California Felt Pennant Pencil- Trees of MYSTERY  Redwoods 15" pencil made by Empire, titled "Great Scott" with blue plastic handle. Pennant image is horse rider with rabbit ears hat in redwood trees. Good condition,  light wear. Pennant measures 8" length. Pencil appears unused, collected only.
