Good condition overall.  The slipcase shows wear and is breaking down at the corners and edges.  It still does the job of protecting the book.  The book itself is good.  Normal wear from age.  There may be an ever so slight smell of smoke.  I can't tell exactly, but your sniffer may be better than mine.  Tight binding with crisp and clean pages.
