Your item/s will be sent in 7cm or 9cm square pots and not the pots pictured. On occasion it may be necessary for us to send your item with the root system wrapped in a bag with soil. Circular pots are not as secure and our aim is to have your item arrive in the best possible condition.

After several days in a dark box, your items may feel a little sad, this is perfectly normal. Please follow the basic instructions sent to you and in almost all cases your item will pick up in a day or two.

Unless specifically stated, your item will not be exactly the same as the stock picture but will be the same type of plant/tree and approximately the size stated.

We stock many different types of tree and they look differently depending on the time of the year:

Deciduous - deciduous trees lose their leaves and become dormant in the Autumn until the next spring, you may believe your item has perished but it will not have and is perfect for planting in its permanent position to begin new growth in the spring.

Semi -Deciduous - MAY lose leaves and become dormant if conditions are not favourable.

Evergreen - Will keep leaves all year round (such as pines or spruces) but will still be dormant if UK hardy, tropical/Sub tropical species will continue to grow if kept indoors throughout the winter in warm conditions with natural or artificial sunlight (though may grow slower).

Our packaging method is one of the most secure out there and as such our products are very rarely damaged in transit, however we fully guarantee your item and will replace or refund once we have photographic evidence of damage in transit.

Our items are all quality checked before dispatch so you will receive a strong, healthy specimen which we will guarantee for 1 week after delivery confirmation. Nature will always have the last word in whether a plant/tree survives (along with how it is cared for) so we cannot be held liable for items that perish. Just provide us with a photo of your perished plant/tree in the allotted timeframe and we will replace or refund no questions.

We generally use Royal Mail services for delivery of our products and the delivery estimates are just a guide produced by eBay and as such are beyond our control. A high percentage of items are delivered well before the estimate delivery date but on occasion can take longer.

We also reserve the right to change our courier service from the advertised service.

Please consider, the price you pay for your item/s includes months of growing, fertiliser, premium soil, cost of seeds, postage, fees, packaging, premises, printing, pots and generous amounts of love and care.

Distance selling regulations allow you to change your mind within 14 days and return your item without reason, postage in this instance will be met by the buyer, for defective items the return/replacement postage will be met by us. (international exceptions apply please contact us)

For international orders it is the buyer's responsibility to check local customs regulations and inform us before dispatch, all requests can be catered for. We cannot guarantee international orders that take longer than 7 days for delivery (UK orders are covered)
