While
I do fairly thorough quality control to weed out major issues such as
mould and water damage, pre-owned books may still have minor blemishes
on the inside covers or pages that I have not had time to photograph. I will guarantee all books are readable copies - and will refund your item if you find them not to be.
If
you are selective about minor blemishes such as old sellers stamps
inside the covers, minor pen writing from previous owners inside the
books, discolouration of the edges or anything else, I am more than
happy to provide a more detailed inspection and photos of condition.
I
will do my best to resolve any issues in your favour, so please
contact me if there any issues with delivery or the quality of your
books
Postage
I offer combined postage on all my listings.
Postage Conditions
- I use a combination of Australia Post and courier post depending on delivery location.
- All
listings have multiple postage options. Ensure you have selected your
preferred option, and contact me if you have specific requirements
regarding packaging, postal service used, and if you do not want items
'left in a safe place' if you aren't home during delivery.
- Postage is calculated based on book weight and size.
- Parcel
post will be sent using bubble wrap, and either a satchel or mailing
box dependant on order size and most cost effective method.
- Letter
post when available for smaller items, is available as untracked or
tracked postage. Choosing untracked will result in an inability to open a
lost parcel or insurance case with Aus Post. However I do my best to
ensure your item will arrive safely by wrapping items for protection,
reinforcing the envelopes used, and always posting letters from inside a
post office for security.
- I will provide a refund of the difference where overpayment on postage is made.
- In the case of items shipped together and paid in separate orders, I will refund the combined postage discount less the fee from ebay for the multiple orders.
