Each set (A,B,C or D) includes 6 Wine Charms/Identifiers set in gold metal wire (not real gold).  Wine charms are genuine designer charms (the stones/ pearls on the designer charms are NOT real).  The stones on the gold metal hoop ring are real genuine stones (pearls, amythest, tourmaline, turquoise, coral, blue lapis, black onyx, jade...all genuine stones). 

These are handmade pieces...looks VERY nice on wine/champagne glasses...very elegant!  Looks much prettier in person! 

Very easy to put in and take out without having to close it!  These make beautiful gifts!
