Your parcel is shipped within 48 on weekdays, oncewe received an e-mail from Paypal confirming your payment.

We ship worldwide (Except Israel ) via PakistanPost. Please remember. Although we do our utmost best to take every care withall shipments, we have absolutely no control over any shipment once it has beenshipped. Usually, all shipments are delivered in 10-25 days but some do takelonger. If the parcel takes longer than 30 days to deliver, please let us know(before jumping for the feedback button) and we will try our best to resolvethe problems. We pride ourselves in our packing. Please rest assured that thetreasures that you get from us will be handled with utmost care and packedprofessionally to ensure that you receive it in pristine condition.

RETURN POLICY

In the unlikely eventthat you are not happy with your winnings and/or purchases, just return itwithin 14 days of receipt and we will refund the full amount of purchase, no questionsasked, if the piece you bought is returned in the same condition as it wassent.
