Rare fossil fish specimen (Osteolepis sp) collected many years ago from Orkney, Scotland, UK. The specimen is large with one fish in matrix and remains of other fish scattered throughout the block (fish scales and possible bones). No repairs or restoration and is from an old collection. A great display piece and perfect for any collector !

Central fish measure approx 8.5cm x 1.3cm, with the entire specimen measuring approx 26cm x 21cm x 2cm.
