This is a PGA European Golf Tour Necktie. Green with the PGA embroidered logo. The brand is Ernex Rego of London and the size is 54" long.

This was owned by retired Tournament Director and Rules Official of the PGA. It was a gift from one of the various tournaments he attended as well as his over 30 yrs. in the PGA.
