This is a rare and collectible Zero Restriction Gore-Tex vest for men, size medium. It features a stand-up collar, pullover closure, and is made of 100% Gore-tex polyester material with a 100% polyester lining. The vest is wind-resistant and has zipped pockets, 1/4 zip, and is suitable for all seasons.

This was owned by retired Tournament Director and Rules Official of the PGA. It was a gift from one of the various tournaments he attended as well as his over 30 yrs. in the PGA. The vest is black with embroidered PGA logo. Perfect for golf enthusiasts.
