NOTE: These price guns ARE brand new in-box, never truly used. That being said, we received them from a 3rd party seller and decided to test each one to ensure they really were new and not refurbished or broken. (Monarch price guns are not sealed in plastic in the box they come in; the box is able to be opened and closed since there are no seals to be broken, and we wanted to be sure these guns really were in new condition. All the guns passed our test and are in new condition). We are listing these in the "new-open box" category because of this. During this testing process, a few guns got *very minor* scratches on the red part of the handle. This can easily happen after merely one or two squeezes to the handle! This DOES NOT mean they are refurbished/used, or "not as described". They are still new in-box, and never used in a retail setting. We have had a few people request to return them due to these scratches. Of the 80+ we have sold on this listing, we've only had maybe 4-5 return requests (all with "item not as described" as the reason for return with people claiming they were used). While we DO accept all returns, kindly refrain from purchasing this gun if the possibility of cosmetic scratches will result in a return at our expense. We sell these particular new 1130-09 guns at an even lower price than our used refurbished guns (of other models) in our Ebay shop, so this is still a great deal even if the gun you receive has some scratches on the plastic! They've been priced accordingly with the intent to deliver the best prices to our customers (but not with resellers in mind who are trying to sell these in the $60-90 range closer to MSRP, sorry).
