The system has been fully refurbished and cleaned.

New Laser: Reads all 4 types of PS2 Games and very quickly. 

New Laser Ribbon Cable: Prevents discs from getting scratched which is very common.

New CMOS Battery: Depending on the PS2 Model these are either custom made or just popped in. We use high quality batteries that will last for years. 

Fully Cleaned: The system is fully cleaned inside out including the fan, heatsink, motherboard, and all plastic bits. 

You can buy a "used" system for much cheaper... But you WILL have issues almost undoubtably. I have purchased 100's of PlayStation 2's and they almost always have laser issues. They will read certain games but not others, or you will hear a screeching noise while playing which is the noise of your disc getting ruined. You do not have to buy from us, but I highly recommend buying from a seller that changes both the laser and the ribbon at least.
