This ironstone tea trio was made by Broadhurst of Staffordshire in their "The English Scene" pattern. This pattern was later produced by Churchill, who took over Broadhurst after 1984, and made this pattern from 1997 to 2020. The most striking feature of the pattern is the man fishing in the foreground, no doubt enjoying the tranquil scene in the distance!

The cup is 7 cm (2.85 inches) tall, 8 cm (3.15 inches) in diameter across the mouth, and holds 225 ml (8 fluid ounces); the saucer is 14 cm (5.5 cm) in diameter; and the plate is 17 cm (6.5 inches) in diameter. The trio weighs 600 grams before packaging.

There are no chips, cracks or crazing, and just light surface wear.

My packaging is always careful, and I use a mix of recycled and new materials, so your order should arrive with you in the same condition it leaves me. Orders placed before 14:00 GMT will be despatched the same (or at weekends the next) working day.
