FOOT PADS ---  You can be sure of great comfort and security with these excellent quality foot pads - They are made with high strength internal padding and covered with a highly resilient super strength easy clean surface --- SHOE SIZES --- ExSmall up to UK 2½ or EU 35 --- Small up to up to UK 5½ or EU 38 --- Medium up to UK 7½ or EU 41 --- Large up to UK 9½ or EU 44 ---- USA SHOE SIZES  Everything is bigger in America and your shoes are about half a size larger than in the UK – So a UK size 7½ will be equal to a size 8 in the USA. 

HEAD GUARD ---  You can be sure of excellent security and comfort with these high quality head Guards - They have Velcro adjustment to ensure a comfortable fit and are made from high strength internal padding that is covered with an easy clean highly resilient super strength surface -- SIZES - Measure round the most wide part of your head using a piece of string and then measure the length to get your head size - SMALL RED Head guard will fit up to 52 cms -- LARGE BLUE Head guard will fit up to 59 cms - ADJUSTMENT - these guards have a large velcro section at the back so you can reduce it from the maximum for a perfect fit --- WARNING -- You will usually want to kick as high as possible and there is a clear danger that you will fall backwards and hit your head on the floor or a pipe - All children always do this and a child's head is proportionately much bigger than an adults - SECURITY - these Head Guards are specially designed to provide protection and it is a small price to pay for protection for you or your child from possible permanent Brain Damage
