Condition is Used in good condition. The paint is a matte finish, you can see spots where it easily rubbed off, note pictures of teapot. Some loss to the gold accent. The inside of the covered sugar bowl has chips. See pictures. When covered, you cannot see chips. Shipped by USPS Priority Mail.
